About Me
-
Relationships are at the core of our lives, and when they’re struggling, it can feel like everything else becomes harder to manage. Whether you're facing challenges in your partnership, at work, in school, or within yourself—dealing with depression, anxiety, or the impact of trauma—these difficulties can weigh heavily and overshadow the joy and connection you long for.
With a strong focus on relationship therapy, I am dedicated to helping couples restore harmony, connection, and fulfillment in their relationships. My goal is to support you and your partner in navigating the obstacles that arise, while building the tools you need to strengthen your bond and move forward with greater understanding and hope. I believe in each person’s capacity for growth, healing, and happiness—and I’m here to help you access that potential within your relationship.
In addition to couples therapy, I have extensive experience working with adults coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. I also bring a deep understanding of the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals, including those exploring gender identity, navigating sexuality, and undergoing hormone therapy or gender-affirming procedures.
As your therapist, I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where you and your partner feel truly seen and supported. Using a client-centered and integrative approach, I tailor therapy to your specific needs—empowering you to tap into your strengths, overcome challenges, and create the meaningful changes you desire.
I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, connection, and the relationship you deserve.
