About Me
-
I’m deeply passionate about working with couples and supporting them in achieving their relationship goals. I also have a strong commitment to serving members of the LGBTQ+ community, offering a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel fully seen, heard, and supported in expressing your authentic self.
My approach to therapy is grounded in trust, honesty, and respect. I strive to create a collaborative environment where you feel empowered to explore meaningful change. I will gently challenge you to engage in the work that promotes growth, always honoring your values, identity, and personal goals. Every person and relationship is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs and lived experiences.
I have advanced training in couples therapy and utilize evidence-based methods, including the Gottman Method, to help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their emotional and physical connection. I’m also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and have extensive experience working with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and major life transitions.
Whether you're seeking to heal, reconnect, or move forward with clarity, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
