About Me

  • Life can move quickly—and when it does, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and out of sync, especially in your relationship. When you’re not feeling like yourself, it can affect everything—your well-being, your work, and most importantly, your connection with your partner.

Taking the first step to prioritize your relationship can feel daunting—but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to offer guidance and support as you and your partner navigate these challenges together.

In couples therapy, I bring an empathetic, collaborative, and solution-focused approach. I view you and your partner as the experts on your relationship—my role is to help you uncover what’s getting in the way of deeper connection and lasting change. With compassion and practical tools, we’ll work to shift stuck patterns and rebuild the partnership you both want.

I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where both of you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Every couple is different, so I tailor therapy to your unique needs—whether you’re working through communication breakdowns, trust issues, frequent conflict, emotional distance, or intimacy concerns.

In addition to couples therapy, I also support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions that impact their relationships. My focus is always on helping you reconnect—with yourself and with each other.

Together, we’ll work to strengthen your bond, improve communication, and create a relationship that truly thrives.
