About Me

  • Relationships are at the heart of our lives—shaping how we connect with partners, family, friends, colleagues, and ourselves. My practice is dedicated to helping couples and individuals navigate the complexities of these relationships, with a focus on restoring connection, harmony, and mutual understanding where disconnection or conflict may have taken hold. My passion for couples therapy and marriage counseling is rooted in a deep commitment to helping partners strengthen their bond and create lasting, fulfilling relationships.

I provide specialized support for couples working through a variety of challenges, including communication difficulties, rebuilding trust after infidelity, navigating conflict, managing life transitions, and addressing concerns related to emotional or sexual intimacy. In addition to couples work, I also support individuals seeking greater balance and clarity in their personal lives.

My individual therapy services include work with those experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, stress, low self-esteem, anger, and spiritual concerns. I also offer a supportive space for men facing unique challenges, as well as guidance for professionals in the helping fields—particularly emerging mental health providers managing the pressures of clinical work and self-care.

With a foundation in evidence-based practices and a compassionate, client-centered approach, I’m committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment where meaningful growth and healing can occur. Whether you're seeking support for your relationship or your own personal well-being, I invite you to take the next step. Together, we can work toward lasting change and deeper connection.
