About Me

  • I’m passionate about helping couples build stronger, healthier relationships and navigate the challenges that can arise along the way. With over 15 years of experience in clinical social work and more than a decade as a licensed professional, I specialize in supporting individuals and couples in developing effective communication, resolving conflict, and deepening emotional connection.

My background spans more than 20 years in social services, including extensive work with underserved and at-risk populations. I also spent nine years with the Department of Corrections, where I gained significant experience in trauma-informed care, stress management, and addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and their impact on relationships. I’m especially passionate about working with couples and families who are striving to create more meaningful and fulfilling connections.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and personalized, taking into account each client’s unique story, emotional needs, and values. I aim to support healing from past experiences, foster self-confidence, improve relational dynamics, and help clients reach both personal and relationship goals. For those seeking a spiritual dimension in therapy, I also offer Christian counseling rooted in biblical principles upon request.
