Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #53716

About Me

  • I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping couples strengthen, heal, and deepen their connection. I specialize in using the Gottman Method, a research-based approach that supports couples in improving communication, resolving conflict, and rebuilding emotional and physical intimacy. My goal is not only to help couples repair their relationships, but to create a more fulfilling and lasting bond.

In addition to my work with couples, I also provide individual therapy for those navigating trauma, anxiety, or depression. I combine a person-centered approach with mindfulness-based techniques, creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your challenges and work toward meaningful growth.

Whether you're seeking to improve your relationship or move forward in your personal healing, I’m here to support you. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
