About Me

  • I’m Dr. Mandy Graves, a licensed therapist with extensive experience in marriage counseling, couples therapy, and a broad range of relationship concerns. I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Oregon State University and currently serve as an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator for the Master of Science in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling Program. My passion is helping couples and individuals navigate relational and personal challenges with insight, care, and evidence-based support.

In my practice, I focus on Marriage Counseling and Couples Therapy, working with partners to strengthen communication, resolve conflict, and deepen emotional connection. I take a tailored approach to each couple’s needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques to promote mutual understanding, respect, and long-lasting connection.

Beyond relationship work, I also specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and stress, helping clients develop practical tools for managing life’s demands and cultivating greater emotional balance. I provide compassionate support for those experiencing grief and loss, offering a safe space to process pain and move through the healing journey with care.

I offer specialized support for women navigating life transitions, including motherhood, career shifts, and personal identity development. My approach empowers women to embrace change with clarity, resilience, and confidence.

As a lifelong learner and educator, I stay current with the latest research and best practices to ensure my clients receive the highest quality care. My work is grounded in compassion, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to helping others create meaningful, lasting change.
