About Me

  • I believe that the answers we seek are often already within us—but life’s challenges, emotional pain, and overwhelm can cloud that inner clarity. That’s where therapy comes in. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you navigate difficult moments, reconnect with your inner strength, and move forward with confidence.

My primary focus is helping couples who are struggling in their relationships. Whether you’re facing communication breakdowns, emotional disconnection, or on the brink of separation, I’m here to help you rebuild trust, restore emotional intimacy, and move from conflict toward more peaceful, productive communication. My goal is to support couples in creating deeper connection, safety, and understanding within their relationship.

In addition to couples therapy, I work with individuals navigating relationship stress, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, or emotional overwhelm. I also have extensive experience supporting clients through trauma, life transitions, parenting challenges, anger, and stress management.

Whether you're a couple seeking to reconnect or an individual working through emotional or relational pain, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll work toward healing, clarity, and a greater sense of well-being.
